Don't bother to THANK them for all the time they do spend on developing the software and to GIVE IT AWAY.
I got an idea, how about reporting the bug and go on about your business. sounds like you don't have a clue of what goes into developing software for other people to use and for them to download it, then try to install it on thousands of different computer hardware set ups & different version of Windows etc.
and the USERS computers having all kinds of buggy issues, then in turn, they GRIPE at the developers, which tries very hard to understand all the peoples issues and helps them out by staying up late nights and put TONS of hour into it, but you go ahead and bitch, moan, groan and gripe about it, they all deserve your hateful, spiteful temperament.
